Created in 2009, the Office of Community Medicine has remained on the cutting edge of patient care and public health. By building connections between medical providers and refugee communities, we work on projects that address the needs of the refugee patient population. The North American Refugee Health Conference is recognized as the preeminent conference destination for professionals working with refugee populations. Rochester Regional Health’s Office of Community Medicine has begun organizing this exciting event that will take place in Niagara Falls, New York. Join us June 12-14, 2016 as we highlight best practices in the field and discuss current refugee health issues.
